- Right click on any image you wish you download and select “Save Image.”
- Log into Facebook and head to your Profile or Page.
- Hover over your Timeline Cover and click “Change Cover.”
- Select “Upload Photo” and select the image you just saved to your computer.
- Click “Save Changes” and you’re all set!
